Shipping, Returns, and Refunds Policy

This policy is between Precision Health and Longevity, LLC (“PHL”) and you, the user of this site and/or a client, or potential client, of Precision Health and Longevity, LLC and/or Dr. Mike Cory.

Your purchase of any services or products via this site (digital or physical) constitutes your agreement with this policy.

Shipping Policy

For Supplements and Other Physical, Miscellaneous Products:

Our practice typically does not ship any supplements or other physical healthcare products to clients. However, during the time of your care in any programs with Dr. Cory, he may recommend you purchase supplements or other physical, healthcare products which you may purchase from other 3rd party vendors. In that case, please refer to that vendor’s shipping policy.

For Test Kits:

Our practice typically does not ship functional healthcare lab test kits to new or existing clients. Typically, if Dr. Cory recommends any functional lab testing for you, you will order the tests directly from a 3rd party vendor. In that case, please refer to that vendor’s shipping policy.

In the case that our practice does ship you a lab test kit, your order will be entered into the appropriate shipping system within 1 business day and will be subject to the processing and shipping times of the shipping party (typically an additional 5-10 business days depending on where you live).


Return and Refund Policy

For Supplements and Other Physical, Miscellaneous Products:

Any supplements or other physical healthcare products you purchase from a 3rd party vendor as a recommendation from Dr. Cory will be subject to the return and refund policy of the vendor(s) from which you made the purchase.

For Test Kits:

Any functional healthcare lab test kits you purchase from a 3rd party vendor as a recommendation from Dr. Cory will be subject to the return and refund policy of the vendor(s) from which you made the purchase.

For Virtual/Digital items:

There is no refund for virtual or digital products where the product is immediately received (such as an on-demand course, masterclass, e-books, etc.).

For virtual or digital products that are purchased before a start date in the future (such as a virtual group coaching program, a 3-day challenge, or masterclass), we will refund the full purchase amount less any nonrefundable credit card/payment processing fees plus a $30 admin fee, if the cancellation is more than 14 days before the start date. Cancellations between 1-14 days before the start date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the full purchase amount less any nonrefundable credit card/payment processing fees and a $30 admin fee. Cancellations after the start date are not eligible for refunds. For Discovery Calls:

The refund policy, as stated on the Discovery Call Order page, is: “If you and Dr. Cory DO NOT work together, Dr. Cory will refund your $97 immediately after your Discovery Call. If you and Dr. Cory DO work together, your $97 will be credited towards any services with Dr. Cory you choose to enroll in.”

For Coaching Programs:

Dr. Cory has never been asked for a refund on a coaching program. We’re confident you will be very happy – as long as you follow your recommended program protocols and put the effort into your health journey!

Full refunds on coaching and DIY programs (of any duration and with any payment plan) can be made if you have NOT had your New Client Onboarding Call with Dr. Cory. (A new client is responsible for scheduling this call with Dr. Cory after their Discovery Call if they decided to enroll in a program. Most new clients book this call within 2-4 days after the Discovery Call.)

After a new client has had their New Client Onboarding Call with Dr. Cory: For refunds on coaching programs (of any duration, except DIY) purchased with the monthly payment payment option, the first month's payment is non-refundable, but subsequent monthly payments will be refunded. For refunds on coaching programs (of any duration, except DIY) purchased with the one-time-payment option, your purchase will be refunded less $1,299. For refunds on DIY Programs, your initial payment is non-refundable, but your payment due at Plan Delivery will be refunded
